Abstract:The invention relates to the preparation of antistatic composite consisting the carbon nanotubes. A new method for CNTs/PE master batch by using the acid oxidizes the CNTs with ball milling and adding the PE-g-MAH, coupling agents and EPDM through solution and melting mixing. The prepared mater batch and PE extruded by the two-screw extruder and cut into pellets. The products have excellent antistatic properties and a good mechanic performance. By adding 0.3wt% of CNTs, volume resistance and surface resistance of the materials meet the needs of the antistatic materials for application. The method solve the problem that the decreasing of the mechanic strength for adding the EPDM. Through the melting mixing of the master batch and PE, the good processibility applied to normal plastic molding process and technology. |
