Abstract: The effect of modification of HDPE/PS blend by orthogonal test of EVA and CPE, found that EVA and CPE have obvious synergistic toughening effect on HDPE/PS. When the HDPE/PS/EVA/CPE ratio was 100/10/20/10, optimum comprehensive properties of blends. On this basis and were applied to investigate Talc filled with HDPE/PS/EVA/CPE. The results show that: the modified by Talc with the multiple blend compatibilization and toughening afraid of composite plastic toughness, ductility and processability was obviously better than that of the unmodified composite plastic, and the appearance of smooth, have certain use value.
