Abstract: Introduced the concept of polymer alloy and its status in the polymer materials. Discusses the relationship between thermodynamic compatibility and process compatibility with polymer alloy, and the solubility parameters on mechanical compatibility principle of discrimination.The author summarize several effective ways to improve the compatibility of the polymer alloy.Compatibility of several conventional methods and several advanced detection means of polymer alloy are described.
