Abstract: This paper reviewed the mechanism of purification by polyamide chromatography and the development of applying in flavonoids of plants and tea polyphenols of tea and anthraquinone and noble metal. With gradually deepening the study on polyamide chromatography，it would be bound to apply in more fields and the mechanism would be investigated deeply.
