Using the amino end groups, the bioactive macromolecular folic acids were conjugated to the end group of F127 as the targeting ligand. 1H NMR and IR were adopted to characterize the structures of the folate-capped F127 copolymers. The micelle solutions of F127-folate were prepared by the dialysis method. The morphologies of the copolymers in water were investigated by TEM. The results proved that F127-folate could self-assemble into micelles in water.
