Abstract:The behavior of static adsorption, dynamic adsorption and absorb-elute of tea polyphenol from tea with two column chromatography polyamide supplied by Baling Petro chemical Company of China Petroleum &Chemical Corporation(SINOPEC) were studied and characterized by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer (UVVIS) and ferrous start rate colorimetric method. The comparisons of basic properties were investigated amongPA-1, PA-2 and other two grades of polyamide 6. The results indicate that the saturated static adsorption amount of teapolyphenol increases with the concentration of tea polyphenol solution and the initial rate of dynamic adsorption is higher. The rate of static, dynamic adsorption and static adsorption amount rises with the porosity of column chromatography polyamide (PA) while the saturated absorption time decreases. The optimal mass concentration of ethanol eluent solution is 40% for dynamic adsorption in this paper. Porous column chromatography polyamide PA-1and PA-2 supplied by Baling Petrochemical Company of SINOPEC process high regularity, uniform granularity and purity, more effective inseparation than commercial polyamide chromatography.
