Abstract:With polyamide(PA)6 and polycarbonate(PC)used as the major raw material，a new kind of PA6／PC alloy was prepared by reactive extrusion with the addition of POE and chain-extender HDI．Toughening mechanism of PA6/PC alloy toughened by HDI was studied and the relationships between properties and the multi-network structure of the alloy were analyzed．In addition，the influences of different kinds of tougheners on mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated．The results showed that the Flew kind of toughening alloy had excellent mechanical properties．
