Abstract:The invention relates to the preparation of the core-shell structure polymer modified Polyamide6. The PA6 composites was prepared by the extrusion of the core-shell particles and PA6 at the temperature of the 230~260℃。Polystyrene/ polyacrylamide/organic montmorillonite core-shell particles were synthesized through emulsion polymerization. The PA6 composites has excellent tensile strength, flexible strength and modulus. For the PA6 and core-shell structure polymer has good compatibility, the PA6 composites also shows a good processbility.
