Polymer Materials Molding Processing

Introduction:

As taken to be one of three pillar industries of China in 21th century, Polymer material has become one of the fastest growing industries in current world. It has displayed its wide application in electronic information, biological medicine, aerospace, automobile, appliance, packaging, architecture, etc. Research institutes of the nation have invested a lot and focused on in basic theory, application development and industrialization.

 

Polymer Material is one of engineering courses majors, in which polymer products that can meet a variety of demands are able to be produced, based on research on preparation, processing, modification, structure, and properties. Processing probably can be seen the key method to obtain polymer products, present its features and develop novel products. As the key point of Polymer Materials, unique theory and technology have been formed in molding processing. This course will be able to play an important role in cultivating scientific thinking of students in design, manufacturing and research for products, and innovation quality.

 

Polymer Material has witnessed its rapid growth in recent years, and molding process of it has combined with other disciplines, constantly bringing new academic spots, leading edge program, novel manufacturing and products, such as reactive process, advanced composites materials, nano-composites, biological degradation materials, and novel functional materials, all of which above will be fully presented in this course. Teaching content in this book is gradually showing perfect adjustment in basic and expertise knowledge required, further reflecting multi-discipline.
